Paradox

The feather of a soaring bird
Taught me that to fly
Would be to swim
In the air I breathe
If my bones were hollow
But my bones are heavy
So I float in water
In which I swim
But cannot breathe
Unless flying
Through the womb.

  1. Wow. This is really deep, kiddo. "my bones are heavy".......Thought-provoking.
